Reverie Psychotherapy Studio is a psychotherapy practice based in Delhi, offering a reflective and inclusive therapeutic space for those who have often felt that they do not fit into other spaces. It acknowledges the experience of being outside conventional norms, and creates a setting where that difference can be explored with curiosity, care, and psychological depth.

Our Story

Reverie Psychotherapy Studio was founded by a sibling duo, a brother and sister, brought together by a deeper, shared sensitivity to the inner lives of people.

Their collaboration brings together different perspectives, while remaining grounded in a shared ethos: that therapy is not about fitting people into predefined frameworks, but about creating room for exploration, uncertainty, and meaning-making.

Meet The Team

Kaustubh Bradu

Co-founder | Counselling Psychologist

Kaustubh is a counselling psychologist currently training in Transactional Analysis.

His work takes a holistic view of the individual, integrating psychological understanding with an openness to questions of meaning, identity, and inner life. He has a particular interest in men’s mental health, and works with the ways in which men relate to emotional expression, societal expectations, and evolving roles.

His approach invites reflection on patterns, identity, and the possibilities of relating differently to oneself and others.

Arushi Bradu

Co-founder | Group Analyst & Psychotherapist

With over a decade of experience, her work spans individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, along with supervision for practitioners and theme-based workshops.

Her approach is informed by Psychodynamic and Relational principles and a belief that individuals cannot be understood in isolation from their context. She is attentive to how socio-cultural, economic, and political realities shape inner life, relationships, and ways of being.

She works towards creating therapeutic spaces that allow for reflection, dialogue, and a deeper understanding of oneself in relation to others.

Yasmin Paul

Consultant | Group and Individual Psychotherapist

A practising psychotherapist with over eight years of experience working with individuals, groups, and communities across a range of psycho-social contexts and is currently in the qualifying phase of her Group Analytic training. Her practice is informed by a Relational Psychodynamic approach, with a social justice and trauma-informed lens. She works in ways that are attentive to context, and is committed to offering therapy that is anti-caste, queer and neurodiversity affirming, and kink-aware. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, her work creates space for self-understanding, expression, and the gradual development of a more grounded sense of agency.
